Happy Thursday! As always, we’ve put together a list of local happenings, this weekend and beyond:

The AppleSox  are home this weekend.

Friday night, come out to Lisa Bee’s for dinner and live music.

The annual Wenatchee Pride Festival is Saturday at Lincoln Park. It’s a family-friendly event with a children’s play area, bouncy house, music, games, art, food and a beer and wine garden.

The Wenatchee River Bluegrass Festival is this weekend in Cashmere.

The fourth annual Father’s Day Weekend Ale Trail in Downtown Wenatchee happens Saturday.

The Wenatchee City Pool opens for the season on Saturday.

Also Saturday, Perri the Poetry Fairy will visit the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center. She’ll entertain children ages 4-10 with silly poems, funny poems, story poems, limericks and more, and she’ll help the kids do a fun craft project, too!

On Sunday, there will be a pop-up makers event at the Wenatchee Community Center.

The Leavenworth Community Farmers Market is back for the season on Thursdays. The Wenatchee Valley Farmers Market is back, too, open Saturdays and Wednesdays at Pybus.

June 24-28, Tutor Doctor North Central Washington is presenting a great opportunity for high school students to prepare for the SAT test.

Cashmere Founders’ Days is a family-friendly, two-day community celebration happening June 28-29.

For all you dog lovers: The Dog Days of Summer family show returns to the Town Toyota Center on June 29.

Calvary Crossroads Church in Wenatchee is hosting a totally FREE week of vacation bible school, from 9 a.m.-noon on July 15-19. It is open to 4-year-olds through sixth graders.

Story times for children of all ages at the Wenatchee Public Library.

Get the whole family moving with Kids Yoga classes.

Catholic Family and Child Service hosts several play-and-learn events each week for children up to age 5 and their caregivers. The Kaleidoscope Play and Learn group meets Wednesdays at the First Methodist Church at 10 a.m., Thursdays at the Wenatchee Public Library at 10 a.m., and Fridays at the Hope Center at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. The play sessions are free and no registration is required. The Wenatchee Mother-Baby Support Group at the Wenatchee Public Library meets from 1-2:30 p.m. Mondays.

Indoor Park Play Time at Apple Valley Gymnastics, 9:30-11 a.m. Mondays and 8:30-10 a.m. Saturdays.

For kids 6 and younger, head to the play gym at Sport Gymnastics, open Tuesdays through Saturdays.

You’ll find a hands-on children’s activity and craft room upstairs at the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center. Kids and their grown-ups get in free and it’s open during regular museum hours.

The Wenatchee Valley Mall Kids Club gets together for adventures the third Saturday of every month.

Bring the whole family out for RunWenatchee’s club run/walks on the Loop Trail every Thursday evening.
